Therapies Used During Recovery
-

What is EMDR Therapy?
If the past still feels present, EMDR helps the brain safely process what it couldn’t at the time. Through guided eye movements or butterfly tapping, memories that once felt overwhelming can be integrated, allowing you to feel calmer, clearer, and more free in the present.
-

What is Resource Therapy and IFS Therapy?
FS and Resource Therapy invite you to meet each part of yourself with compassion: the ones that carry pain, the ones that protect, and the ones that long to be seen. As these parts feel understood and safe, healing unfolds naturally from within.
-

What is Deep Brain Reorienting - DBR?
Deep Brain Reorienting is a gentle, trauma-focused approach that helps you safely access and release emotional pain held deep in the body and nervous system. As these patterns resolve, the mind and body can rest, allowing space for lasting relief and healing.
-

What is Polyvagal Theory?
Polyvagal Theory helps you understand how your nervous system responds to stress and safety. By bringing awareness to these patterns, you can gently support your system in moving from survival mode toward a greater sense of calm, balance, and connection.
-

What is Acceptance & Commitment Therapy?
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is a compassionate approach that supports you in acknowledging your thoughts and emotions without judgment, while gently guiding you to take actions aligned with your values and what truly matters to you.
-

Mind and Body Connection
The Mind-Body Connection recognises that your thoughts and emotions directly influence your physical wellbeing. Healing occurs when both mind and body are nurtured together, creating balance, presence, and a deeper sense of wholeness.

EMDR Group Online Therapy
Description goes hereIf you’ve been carrying painful memories that still shape how you feel, how you react, and how you see yourself… I want you to know there is a gentle, structured way to shift that.
In 2026, I’ll be offering online EMDR Group Intensives - small, carefully held groups created for adults who are ready to process the memories that still feel heavy… but don’t want to do it alone.
These aren’t courses.
They’re not lectures.
They are guided therapeutic experiences that help your system release what it’s been holding for far too long.Across a series of online sessions, you’ll be supported to work through four significant memories - at a pace that’s steady, contained, and clinically grounded.
You’ll stay resourced, connected, and safe throughout the process.
Before the group begins, you’ll receive a small kit from me in the mail - with grounding tools, bilateral stimulation options, and simple creative materials like paper and crayons. These help you connect with parts of yourself that words can’t always reach.
This work is ideal for adults who have already done some inner work… and feel ready to take the next step in releasing what’s been weighing on them emotionally.
If that’s you, and you want to be part of a small, supportive group in 2026, you can join the waitlist below.
When dates open, you’ll be the first to know.
You don’t have to keep carrying everything on your own.
There is a gentle way forward - and I’d be honoured to guide you through it.
